Code Pilots

Code Pilots was hired by Hardworkers, Inc., a professional social network for blue-collar workers, to design and implement the back-end for their mobile app. The CEO of Hardworkers, Inc. aimed to increase engagement and growth through the development of the app and its usage metrics. A back-end developer from Code Pilots was integrated into the Hardworkers team, working closely with the founders, a UI/UX designer, and three front-end engineers. The project involved back-end development in AWS of analytics, creating databases, and APIs.

The CPO of a SaaS platform for a marketing and advertising company recruited Code Pilots to provide a highly qualified tech lead and a senior developer. The company had difficulty finding experienced developers and tech leads with the necessary communication skills. Code Pilots was selected for their ease of collaboration and understanding of the team's needs. The tech lead from Code Pilots became part of the company's development team in Sri Lanka and Norway.

Supply Sync, a logistics technology platform, engaged Code Pilots for a full platform development and integrations project. The CEO of Supply Sync found Code Pilots through a referral and chose them for their affordable pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The project involved requirement analysis, design, development, testing and deployment, maintenance, and support. Between six to ten Code Pilots employees were assigned to the project, contributing significantly to its successful completion.
