Cnab Digital was hired by a promotional marketing agency to build a Content Management System (CMS) and its associated website and applications. The goal of the project was to deliver turnkey rewards programs that would meet the expectations of the agency's corporate clients and end users. Cnab Digital was selected for the project after a series of face-to-face interviews and evaluation sessions. Initially, they built the CMS for the rewards programs and were later rehired to enhance and update the platform for different clients. During the second phase, they reported to the director for overall technology operations, which included managing relevant specialist contract services. They also created, managed, and maintained the associated website and apps. For the first project, they reported to the agency's general manager as part of a web development team. The director was in direct contact with their team for the second phase.
