Cnab Digital was contracted by a promotional marketing agency to create a CMS and its associated website and apps. The aim of the project was to deliver comprehensive rewards programs that met the expectations of the agency's corporate clients and their end users. Cnab Digital was selected for the job after a series of face-to-face interviews and evaluation sessions. Initially, they built the CMS for the rewards programs and later were rehired to enhance and update the platform for various clients. They were also responsible for the overall technology operations, which included managing specialist contract services. Cnab Digital also developed, managed, and maintained the associated website and apps. In the initial phase of the project, they reported to the general manager as part of a web development team, and in the second phase, they reported directly to the director of the agency.
