CMA CGM Log

CMA CGM Log provided inbound logistic services for a telecommunications company that was seeking a third-party logistics provider. This project spanned from December 2014 to June 2019. The scope of their involvement included managing inbound shipments, consolidating and tracking them, and placing them in their warehouses in China and Vietnam. A dedicated team in their control tower coordinated with vendors, managed trucks and materials, picked up shipments, prepared them for transit, and delivered them. All shipment tracking details were organized in an Excel file for the client's access. The client's main point of contact was the project manager who expedited shipments and made necessary arrangements. The client was already partnered with CMA CGM Log before the project and invested $200,000-$300,000 per month for their services, including their factory warehouse services.
