Cloudowl successfully developed a comprehensive debt collection software solution for a software company focused on the credit and collections industry. The software, designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage their receivables, was created to eliminate the guesswork usually involved in such processes. The system enabled users to assign accounts with a single click, rather than requiring downloads or exports. Cloudowl's owner led the project, developing both the software's front- and backend. The company's partnership with Cloudowl, which began in March 2021, continues as they lead the beta testing efforts, focusing on coding and running tests to complete the product. The client invested between $25,000–$50,000 in the project.

In another project, Cloudowl served as a fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a SaaS and Consultancy Agency. The client needed help transitioning from one development team to another, gaining control of their intellectual property, and navigating future developments. Cloudowl provided practical solutions, coaching, and mentoring to the client, helping them form their own team and manage the next development sprints. They were effective in helping the client get their product to market. The initial engagement involved one fractional CTO, followed by two developers.
