Cloudforce was hired by an environmental consulting company to migrate their legacy IT infrastructure, based on Citrix virtualization, to Azure Virtual Desktop. The project aimed to reduce the company's datacenter footprint. After a rigorous selection process, Cloudforce was chosen for their clear proposal, cost-effectiveness, experience, and ability to meet a strict deadline. The project involved discovery workshops, a proposed path forward to limit downtime, improvements to the existing environment, and the introduction of new services/products. The team from Cloudforce included a project manager, two senior cloud engineers, a cloud architect, a cloud solutions administrator, and the nabulaONE team.

Cloudforce provided IT consulting and support to S.H. Brooks Co., Inc., an economic consulting services company. The main goal was to support the company's entire computing/analysis/information infrastructure. Cloudforce was chosen from an online search, mainly due to their pricing fitting the company's budget. The scope of work included ongoing consultation and support, with 2-5 employees from Cloudforce assigned to the project.

The UCLA Anderson School of Management hired Cloudforce to roll out a Generative AI platform and some initial applications/bots. The selection of Cloudforce was based on a referral and alignment of company values. The project involved a 2-day planning and roadmap session to figure out the most applicable and quickest time-to-value use cases. The application development took about 30 business days from start to finish, resulting in two production-ready applications/conversational chatbots. Additionally, a runbook/playbook was provided to enable self-sufficiency once the consultants departed. The project was completed by 2-5 employees from Cloudforce.
