CloudChoice Inc. was contracted by a Turnkey Asset Management Platform to set up Freshdesk, a customer support software and ticketing system. The company needed a system that could classify tickets and create rules and automation. CloudChoice successfully logged into their platform and set up Freshdesk, automating the classification of tickets. The firm was very satisfied with the quick and efficient work done by CloudChoice. The project started sometime in 2017 and was completed within a few days.
In a separate project, CloudChoice was tasked with revamping the firm's Knowledge Base Software. They reorganized the ticketing center and help desk, did some custom coding and ensured that the software matched the branding of the firm's website. The client was very pleased with the work done by CloudChoice, particularly with how quick and easy the process was. The project was turned around in March 2018 and CloudChoice charged a flat rate of $1,000 for the project.
