The second project involved developing a business intelligence platform for a restaurant service provider. The main challenge was to address cost and performance issues on the existing platform. Cloud7 developed a new platform that simplified the process for restaurants and added functionality for reporting on available inventory, revenue, top orders, etc. The project ran from February 2019 to January 2020 with a cost between $70,000-$80,000. The client was pleased with the outcome and the competence of the Cloud7 team.

In the third project, Cloud7 was contracted by a digital studio to develop an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. This system was designed to direct customer calls to the right offices at the right times for technical support or business help. The project was completed between March and June 2020, with a total cost of $20,000-$22,000. The CEO of the digital studio worked closely with Cloud7 and was satisfied with the effectiveness of the IVR solution.
