Cloud Analogy

Cloud Analogy was hired by Win At E-commerce to update an existing Salesforce instance and integrate it with Sage, a legacy ERP. The goal was to modify Salesforce to fit the workflows and processes of the client's sales team. Cloud Analogy successfully introduced quotes, modified opportunities, and streamlined the lead nurturing process. They also integrated Sage with Salesforce, allowing for automatic updates of product and customer data. The integration provided the sales team with a full lifecycle view of customers and regular updates on customer profiles and products from the ERP.

Cloud Analogy was contracted by North Property Group, a property development company, to enhance Salesforce and Pardot processes within the business. The scope of work involved Salesforce administration and development work to improve business operations. Cloud Analogy's team of 2-5 employees successfully performed the required tasks, delivering high-quality results that met the client's budget and expectations.

The International College of Advanced Education engaged Cloud Analogy to develop best practices for using Zoho Inventory and provide instructions on how to correct their inventory recording. A single Cloud Analogy employee was assigned to this project. They successfully informed the client about the best practices for entering inventory into Zoho Inventory and provided instructions to correct their current inventory items. The client appreciated the value for cost that Cloud Analogy offered.
