The project involved setting targets, creating audiences, defining content for newsletters, and setting up automated emails triggered by specific customer actions. Closum provided an easy-to-use platform for audience definition, market segmentation, and sending personalized newsletters. The Boomfit team collaborated with various resources from Closum including their account manager, customer support, web developer, and digital marketer.

A digital marketing agency contracted Closum for lead capture and newsletter distribution to diverse customer and business areas. The vendor was chosen for their intuitive and efficient software, capable of capturing and managing leads and sending communications to the database. The scope of work involved customer strategy definition, Closum registration, campaign layout development, ad activation, lead capture, lead treatment/management by customers, and email marketing. The collaboration involved three marketers from Closum and a commercial team linked to the client.
