They provided a machine learning tool that could decode and classify sentiments of various conversations. The initial project focused on understanding how smart home trends are evolving. Clootrack analyzed a year's worth of data, segregating sentiments into different categories. They also mapped the brand equity of the company, producing both quantitative and qualitative data. The project was successful and the company spent between $27,500 and $41,000 USD on the project, which started in March 2019.

Clootrack worked with a branding innovation firm to provide consumer data analytics services. The team used AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to analyze consumer reviews on e-commerce sites.
