Clootrack collaborated with Crompton Greaves, a consumer electrical products company, to decode conversations on Indian e-commerce across multiple languages. They provided a machine learning tool that could classify sentiments of various conversations using a standard template. The initial project involved understanding how smart home trends are evolving. Clootrack crawled through a year’s worth of data, segregated sentiments into different categories, and mapped the brand equity, producing both quantitative and qualitative data. They also collated product reviews on the company’s e-commerce platform. The engagement started in March 2019 and the company spent approximately $27,500–$41,000 USD on the project.

In another project, Clootrack worked with a branding firm to provide consumer data analytics services for a Norwegian nutrient supplement company interested in the US supplement marketplace. The team worked with AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to analyze consumer reviews on e-commerce sites. They provided a data set that encompassed about 100,000 reviews from the categories the company was interested in. The engagement lasted from January to April 2021 and the company invested around $25,000 in the project.

Clootrack also partnered with Tata CLiQ, an open marketplace, to create a more structured version of their customer feedback channels. The team worked on an initial ideation stage and created several dashboards based on the company’s requirements. The engagement started in May 2020 and the company planned to spend approximately $1,400 USD per month on the project. They were in the final stages of proof-of-concept at the time of reporting.
