Clicca

Clicca provided staff augmentation and HR services for a software company in Thailand. The company was struggling to find competent employees locally, so they turned to Clicca to outsource developers. Clicca supplied developers based on the company's specific requirements, including particular programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. After recruitment, Clicca also managed HR services, controlling schedules and handling all HR-related issues. The company has invested about $200,000 in this partnership, which began in June 2020 and is still ongoing.

In another project, Clicca was enlisted by a digital health startup to recruit a frontend engineer. The startup was looking for an engineer with 2–4 years of experience in TypeScript and React framework, as well as strong communication and work culture skills. Clicca's recruiting manager spent two weeks searching for candidates, with the startup conducting two interviews a week for four weeks. Upon hiring an engineer, Clicca facilitated the contract creation and payment structure negotiation, and also provided HR support. The startup pays the engineer around $6,000 per month, a portion of which goes to Clicca as commission. This engagement began in August 2021 and is still ongoing.

Clicca also worked with Xenoss, a software development company, to recruit for an AdTech project. The company was looking for full stack, back-end, and Java engineers, as well as front-end engineers. Clicca searched for candidates, conducted consultations, screened all candidates, and conducted technical and soft skills interviews. Nineteen candidates successfully passed the interviews for various positions. Clicca was chosen among a dozen agencies for their balanced offering.
