Clicca

Clicca was hired by Xenoss, a software development company, to recruit Full Stack, Back-End, Java, and Front-End Engineers for an AdTech project. After evaluating several agencies, Xenoss selected Clicca for its balanced offering. Clicca undertook the task of searching for new candidates, conducting consultations, screening all candidates, and performing technical and soft skills interviews. The result was successful with 19 candidates passing the interview for various positions including front-end, Java engineer, and team lead.

For a digital health startup, Clicca was involved in the recruitment of a frontend engineer to help in the development of their project. The recruitment process was carried out by Clicca's recruiting manager who managed to find a candidate with 2–4 years of experience in TypeScript and React framework. The candidate also possessed the required soft skills focused on communication and work culture. The startup was satisfied with the recruitment process and the performance of the recruited engineer. The engagement with Clicca began in August 2021 and is still ongoing.

OriginStamp AG, a data management company, hired Clicca for the development of two native applications for iOS and Android platforms. Clicca was chosen due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The project involved various stages including software development, go-live implementation, software maintenance and bug fixing, iterative feature development, multi-language capability, documentation and training, performance monitoring and optimization, compliance and security, stakeholder communication and collaboration, and continuous improvement. The project was a success with the applications being launched on their respective platforms, and continuous enhancements being made based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
