The project aimed to build a help center tool with self-service and web chat capabilities for Arata's retail clients. In another project, Cleverbit Software developed a web application for Technoline, a company dealing with hospital equipment. The application was designed to manage payments to over 600 suppliers swiftly and accurately, a process that was previously time-consuming and prone to errors. The application manages creditor’s data, uploads payment files to the bank, and exports them to PDF or Excel. The application can also print or attach these files to an email. The project, which cost Technoline 12,000 Euros, was completed in eight weeks. Cleverbit continues to provide ongoing support.
