Cleverbit Software was hired by Arata Solutions, a boutique consultancy, to help build a help center tool with self-service and web chat capabilities for their retail clients. The engagement began with an iterative discovery phase and moved into the production phase, which involved three cycles of production and feedback. Cleverbit worked on brand design assets, security, coding, and UX. They also provided technical support and testing after the product's delivery. The project, which began in January 2017 and was launched in June 2017, cost 15,000 euros. The relationship between Arata Solutions and Cleverbit is ongoing.
In another project, Cleverbit Software developed a web application for Technoline, a company that buys and sells hospital equipment. The company needed a system to manage payments to their over 600 suppliers more efficiently. Cleverbit designed the application to manage creditor's data and validate and store data securely. The application also has the capability to upload a file to the bank with the weekly payment and export the file to a PDF or Excel, or print or attach it to an email. The project, which cost 12,000 Euros, took eight weeks to complete and Cleverbit continues to provide ongoing support.
