Clear Tech was chosen for the project due to their high ratings, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values. The project, which involved 6-10 Clear Tech employees, aimed to create a custom AI, rule-based automation application. This application was designed to compare schedule data with real-time switch data feeds and exceptions from workforce management systems. It would then take exception add/edit/delete actions or notifications into agents, team leaders, or command center teams based on user-defined rules. The system was able to incorporate data from multiple systems, managing multiple feed formats and API feeds in a very diverse ecosystem. The successful completion of the project demonstrated Clear Tech's ability to provide efficient and effective solutions in AI technology.
