Clear Measure

Clear Measure was hired by a foreign profit corporation to develop a B2B software with two stakeholders. The company had already created the process maps and knew what the functional statements needed to be, making it easier for Clear Measure to start working on the sprints. An eight-member team from Clear Measure worked on this project, following the client's directions closely. The engagement lasted from March to December 2019. The client appreciated Clear Measure's adherence to the given directions and their transparent process, which allowed the client to see the progress at every step.

The CTO of a direct to business commercial insurance company engaged Clear Measure to modernize their development practices and augment areas where they lacked experience. The engagement involved converting their practices over to agile with three-week sprints, moving their network to infrastructure as code, optimizing some of their worst-performing code for better results on Google's Lighthouse, and converting their brochure site to a CMS while integrating CMS headless functionality into their purchase path. Clear Measure provided a team lead who helped understand their needs and suggested methods to improve the team and process. The client appreciated Clear Measure's proactive approach and the improvements they brought to their team and process.
