In another project, Clear Measure was hired by a commercial insurance company to modernize their development practices and supplement their team. The CTO of the insurance company, familiar with Clear Measure's founder, trusted the company to deliver a satisfactory experience. The engagement was not a single project but an ongoing process that included converting their practices to agile with three-week sprints, moving their network to infrastructure as code, optimizing their worst-performing code, and converting their brochureware site to a CMS.
