Clear HR Consulting Inc. was hired by a home organization and move management company to provide HR support due to the absence of an in-house HR department. Clear HR assisted with managing employees, adding team members, conducting research, and creating documentation. They are currently working on an employee handbook using pre-existing templates, providing advice on interview questions and guidelines, and structuring employee-related letters and documentation. The company's engagement with Clear HR began in September 2020 and they have been on retainer since then due to increasing needs. The team from Clear HR, consisting of Andreas and Cissy, was appreciated for their wealth of knowledge and approachability.

The University Neighbourhoods Association, a non-profit organization, hired Clear HR Consulting Inc. to review their salary band structure and revamp job descriptions for all employees in their organization. Clear HR was chosen for their knowledge, fair pricing, and promptness. They reviewed all current job descriptions, revamped them with staff input, and provided updated job descriptions. For the salary band work, they reviewed the job descriptions against benchmarked positions in salary surveys and recommended a revamped structure and salary range.
