Clear HR's involvement included advising on interview questions and guidelines, structuring employee-related letters, and creating an employee handbook using their pre-existing templates. The project, which began in September 2020, was initially on an as-needed basis, but as the company's needs grew, Clear HR was retained for $500 per month.

The University Neighbourhoods Association, a non-profit organization providing municipal-like services to residents at the University of British Columbia, hired Clear HR Consulting Inc. to review their salary band structure and revamp job descriptions for all employees. The organization sought a firm with comprehensive knowledge in all facets of Human Resources. Clear HR was chosen based on their knowledge, reasonable pricing, and promptness, demonstrated in previous engagements. The project involved Clear HR reviewing all current job descriptions, revamping them with staff input, and providing updated versions. Additionally, they benchmarked the job descriptions against positions in salary surveys and recommended a restructured salary range.
