Clear House Accountants was hired by XAnalytics, a specialized software sales company, to improve their finance setup, ensure compliance, and automate processes. The team of 2-5 employees from Clear House Accountants was chosen due to their high ratings and alignment with the company's values. The project entailed the enhancement of XAnalytics' financial management systems, including the implementation of Xero accounting software, optimization of cash flow and budgeting management, strengthening of internal financial controls, and provision of continuous financial consulting. Clear House Accountants began by assessing XAnalytics' existing accounting systems and provided a comprehensive report on the requirements for integrating Xero. They then customized and configured the software to suit the company's specific needs, managed the migration of financial data into Xero, and trained the staff on the new system. In addition, they revamped the company's cash flow processes, established a tailored budgeting framework, integrated budget monitoring tools within Xero, conducted quarterly budget reviews, and improved internal controls. They also trained the staff on the new procedures and conducted bi-annual audits.
