Highlights from Recent Projects
Claritus Management Consulting worked with IAB Tech Labs, a nonprofit trade organization for the advertising industry, to develop a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app, designed to help the industry adopt technical standards, integrates SDKs provided by advertisers to their publishers, allowing users to test different types of advertising. The Claritus team, consisting of a project manager and four developers, was able to quickly integrate these SDKs, test them, and maintain them over time. The project, which started in 2016, is ongoing and has cost approximately $50,000 thus far.
In another project, Claritus collaborated with a software development company to create an Android app and a Python-Django based backend admin interface. The app is designed to monitor internet connectivity and perform speed tests, notifying users if they're offline or if their bandwidth is insufficient for tasks such as receiving emails. The Claritus team, estimated to consist of about six developers, executed the idea in its entirety, using three different code stacks. The project, which started in June 2017 and concluded in July of the same year, cost an undisclosed amount.
Claritus also provided cloud consulting and cybersecurity services for Gigaforce, a product company that offers solutions in the Subrogation Space. The project aimed to enhance collaboration among stakeholders, simplify administration, and improve security. Deliverables included secure Office 365 application and email access, sharable data with controlled access, and Azure AD features like SSO, MFA & RBAC for securing identities and access. The project, which involved 2-5 Claritus employees, also ensured that users could access all applications and data from their devices and communicate and collaborate with each other. The cost of this project is not disclosed.
