The production finished in December 2020, but Clariba still assists with maintenance and training. The project cost approximately $86,000 USD.

Clariba worked with Hochland Española, a cheese manufacturer, to provide BI and analytics services. The project was divided into three phases focusing on different areas of the company. The objective was to provide instant access to the company's key KPIs, enabling quick management of information and rapid decision-making. The project initially focused on extracting data from the company's SAP ERP and exporting it to the SAP Analytics Cloud for analysis and calculation of key KPIs. The first phase of the project resulted in all indicators for the SupplyChain area being available in dashboards with verified data origin and quality. The project team consisted of five people.
