The company had no prior experience in mobile app development, so CitrusBits guided them through the entire process, starting with a planning phase and ending with the app's rollout. The app features a checkout function, split payment option, order history tracking, and list creation. It also includes a low bandwidth option for customers in rural areas with expensive data charges. The engagement started in October 2020 and is ongoing, with CitrusBits also working on a web-based version of the app and handling its hosting and maintenance. So far, the company has invested around $500,000 in the project.

CitrusBits was hired by Gravity Coffee Company to develop a mobile application to boost their competitiveness in the drive-thru and third-party delivery services market. The company wanted to integrate their robust gift card and loyalty programs into the app. CitrusBits designed and developed the Android and iOS apps, which included over 170 screens. The app allows customers to schedule pick-up orders, pay with a credit card or company gift card, check their card balance, reload a gift card, and check their reward points. The engagement lasted from August 2021 to December 2022 and CitrusBits continues to provide technical support.

Zuswork, a recruitment agency, hired CitrusBits to develop their website. As a startup, Zuswork wanted to establish a strong online presence that accurately represented their values, culture, and vision. CitrusBits delivered a few design ideas and themes, and after some revisions, they designed and developed an informational WordPress site. The site includes content that reflects Zuswork's services and a landing page. The project involved a project manager, two full-stack developers, a designer, and a content writer from CitrusBits.
