Cirface was hired by Accounting Insight, a company providing outsourced accounting for small businesses, to set up Asana projects and onboard their team. The company successfully co-created and implemented critical workflows, specifically "Recurring tasks project management," and provided ongoing training during live sessions. The project was executed by a team of 2-5 Cirface employees. The client was satisfied with the new workflows and changes that were tested, approved, and moved into their live projects.

Penn Creative, a graphic design and marketing company, commissioned Cirface to streamline their processes, eliminate the use of multiple tools, and develop their workflow on the Asana platform. Cirface, chosen for their high ratings and budget-friendly pricing, assigned 2-5 employees to this project. The team learned Penn Creative's existing workflows through videos and documents, then developed more efficient workflows in Asana. Following the completion of the workflows, Cirface provided the client with basic and advanced Asana video training to ensure effective utilization of the new system.

Hundred Days Digital, an influencer marketing company, engaged Cirface to build a project management workflow on Asana. Cirface was selected due to their high ratings and great culture fit. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to this project. They successfully built a standardized tool for project and task management, meeting the client's specific objectives. The tool provided by Cirface is now being used by Hundred Days Digital for their project management needs.
