CIMA Staffing

CIMA Staffing was engaged by WeDoWeb.co, a web development company, to provide staff augmentation services for a platform development project. The CEO of WeDoWeb.co had previously worked with Alejandra, the co-founder of CIMA Staffing, and was confident in their ability to deliver. They began by identifying the resources needed for the project and provided a developer who is currently working on the admin side of the platform. The plan was to hire four more resources, but this has been put on hold for now. Since the start of the collaboration in February 2020, WeDoWeb.co has invested $2,500 in CIMA Staffing's services.

In another project, CIMA Staffing was hired by TruSTAR Technology, a cybersecurity startup, to provide recruiting services. CIMA Staffing was responsible for sourcing and recruiting engineers in Argentina, as well as coordinating the hiring process up to the point of making an offer. The director of engineering at TruSTAR Technology had prior knowledge of CIMA Staffing through network contacts and was impressed by their professionalism. The engagement started in April 2020 and is ongoing, with an anticipated first fee of $4,500 and an expected total investment of $20,000 to $25,000 for the year.

CIMA Staffing was also contracted by a staff augmentation and hunting company to assist in the hunting and staffing process for some of their customers in the US and Europe. The COO and founder of the company found CIMA Staffing through Google and LinkedIn and was pleased with their ability to present only a few but perfect resumes in a short time period. The team from CIMA Staffing consisted of a Hunting Manager and hunting resources.
