The goal of the engagement was to contract top resources in a short time frame, focusing on Ruby, Java, and Angular. The CIMA team, consisting of a Hunting Manager and Hunting resources, was selected via Google and LinkedIn. The engagement was successful, with the company being able to present a few perfect resumes to their clients.
WeDoWeb.co, a web development company, hired CIMA Staffing to augment their team for building a platform for pharmacists. Alejandra, the co-founder of CIMA, was the main point of contact and supplied one developer to work on the admin side of the platform. The initial plan was to hire four more resources, which was put on hold for the time being. The company found CIMA through past work with Alejandra and has invested $2,500 in the engagement so far, which started in February 2020 and is ongoing.
TruSTAR Technology, a cybersecurity startup, engaged with CIMA Staffing to increase their engineering footprint in Argentina. CIMA was responsible for sourcing and recruiting, as well as high-level coordination. The director of engineering at TruSTAR provided CIMA with their needs, and CIMA took care of the initial screening, passing on technical challenges, coordinating interviews, and debriefing.
