Highlights from Recent Projects
Ciceron worked with a Fortune 500 financial services firm to provide staffing and consumer research for a startup opportunity in the paid media space. The project's primary challenges were staffing flexibility and the need for subject matter expertise. Ciceron provided several creative resources to assist in design and content creation, and offered strategic consulting in areas such as paid media, social media marketing, email, and one-to-one opportunities. The team worked as an integrated part of the firm's agile efforts, helping to set up and run tests with creative content. The project ran from May 2017 to August 2019, and the team size varied from three to fifteen, depending on the firm's needs.
Ciceron was hired by the Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota as their Digital Agency of record to oversee all search, SEO, social, and content strategy and execution. They were also tasked with re-platforming, redesigning, and rebuilding the organization's 7000-page public-facing website. The goal was to upgrade the content management system, reduce site complexity, make content mobile responsive, and overhaul the content strategy and information architecture to improve content performance. Ciceron's team of three, along with SEO, search, social experts, and digital designers, worked on the project. They also sourced developer resources to supplement the internal development team and provided hands-on staff augmentation for content migration, page building, and QA testing of the site.
