Following this, CIB provided additional training to the selected candidates, helped them acquire the necessary licenses, and coached them through the sales process. The client was satisfied with the services provided by the CIB Group since the commencement of the project in June 2017.

In another project, The CIB Group was hired by Molyneaux, an insurance agency based in Iowa, to help recruit individuals who fit their company culture, goals, and plans. The CIB Group spent significant time understanding the business' goals and the ideal candidate profile. After vetting resumes and identifying candidates who met the company's qualifications, they recommended the candidates for an interview. The CIB Group began the recruitment process by understanding the company's needs and vision. They then advertised the open roles on websites like LinkedIn and handled all initial screening steps. The client has been working with them annually since 2014 and has expressed satisfaction with the candidates provided by the CIB Group, who have proven to be a good fit for the company.
