Chimplie

Chimplie was hired by Universum Global, a market leader in employer branding, to improve user experience during the Universum Career Test. Chimplie was brought in after the product was already built and established. They were tasked with providing a better service for the same price as the previous provider. Chimplie put together an in-house solution, along with several third parties, providing technical expertise, support units, and design. This project began in January 2017 and is still ongoing. The client praised Chimplie's thorough approach to product development and their commitment to not making promises they couldn't deliver on.

In another project, Chimplie worked with a digital automotive platform to facilitate the selling and buying of used cars online. The company did not have in-house developers or a CTO, and they needed to build the product as soon as possible. Chimplie helped the company find a team, transform their ideas into technical specs, and set up project management routines. The client wanted a team that could work with them long-term and that could be easily moved if they decided to hire in-house tech staff. Chimplie provided three team suggestions, and the client chose a PHP team. The project began in November 2016 and, although the MVP phase ended in June 2017, the company continues to work with Chimplie. The client appreciated Chimplie's commitment to setting up everything and not just finding a team.
