Chatwise.io was hired by BMW Group to develop a customer support chatbot to manage, schedule and distribute users' infrastructure change requests. The primary goal of this project was to automate tedious processes previously carried out via emails. Chatwise.io designed the user interface of the bot, developed an engaging conversational chatbot script and built a fully functional mock-up to previously defined specifications. They also developed an AI agent to process and automate certain tasks.
