Chatter Buzz was engaged by the National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA) to enhance their marketing strategy and brand awareness following a rebranding exercise. The NRAA, a trade association for dialysis providers in the U.S, sought to improve internal communication with their members and increase their presence on social media platforms. Chatter Buzz Media developed a one-year strategic marketing plan, created branding, logos, and designs for each program and service, and incorporated the branding into electronic banners and exhibits. They were also involved in the planning and execution of workshops, conference calls, webinars, and two live annual conferences. The collaboration began in April 2014 and feedback suggests that Chatter Buzz successfully captured the goals and needs of the NRAA.
