Championsys | Get to the TOP successfully completed a digital transformation project for a real estate development company. The project aimed to digitize manual processes in HR, document storage, management, and payment control. Championsys worked with the company using agile methodologies and cloud-based document storage, migrating all information into a new digital platform. The project, which ran from February to August 2021, involved five team members and cost less than $10,000. The client praised Championsys for its excellent, flexible platform, quality customer service, and understanding of the local market.

In another project, Championsys | Get to the TOP provided labor law consulting and process optimization for an NGO, AMIA. The project aimed to optimize VISMA configuration processes, the income tax settlement process, and the implementation of new modules to adapt to government requirements. Championsys was recommended to AMIA, who chose them for their good value for cost. The scope of work included configuring VISMA according to income tax updates due to AFIP regulations, configuring F 931 reports for Digital Salary Book, and configuring the salary accounting entry format in VISMA according to Calipso requirements.

Championsys | Get to the TOP also offered HR consulting for AxionLift, an international aerial lifts manufacturer. The project aimed to make human resources management more efficient, minimize the margin of error, and strengthen processes. Championsys was chosen for their proximity, referral, and company values that aligned with AxionLift. The scope of work involved hiring modules for personnel database management, payroll, and communication. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees.
