Championsys | Software Consulting Company undertook a digital transformation project for a real estate development company. The company sought to digitize and optimize manual HR processes, including document storage, management, and payment control. Championsys provided a team of five to execute this project, employing agile methodologies and cloud-based solutions to migrate all information to a new digital platform. The engagement, which lasted from February to August 2021, culminated in successful digital transformation, with the client praising Championsys for their excellent customer service and understanding of the local market. The project was completed for less than $10,000.

In a separate project, Championsys was hired by AMIA, an NGO, to optimize various processes related to labor law consulting. The specific objectives included optimizing VISMA configuration processes, the Income Tax settlement process, and the implementation of new modules to adapt to government requirements. Championsys, recommended for their cost-effective solutions, assigned two to five employees to this project. The team successfully configured VISMA according to Income Tax updates and AFIP regulations, and configured F 931 reports for Digital Salary Book and salary accounting entry format in VISMA according to Calipso requirements.

Championsys was also engaged by AxionLift, an international aerial lifts manufacturer, to make their human resources management more efficient, minimize the margin of error, and strengthen processes. Championsys was chosen due to their proximity, referral, and alignment with the company's values. The team, which consisted of two to five employees, was hired to manage the personnel database, payroll, and communication. As a result of the project, AxionLift praised Championsys for their effective modules for personnel database management, payroll, and communication.
