Chai Creatives worked with Nayi Disha, a non-profit organization, to revamp their website to a more user-friendly platform. The founder faced challenges with the existing website's complexity, making it difficult for users to find the information they needed. Chai Creatives solved this issue by understanding the struggles of the organization's audience and creating a comprehensive user flow. The engagement, from August to November 2019, involved two team members from Chai Creatives and was initiated through a mutual friend.
In another project, Chai Creatives was hired by the director of Shreejee International School to design a logo and establish a brand identity for a Hindu temple associated with the school. The director was introduced to Chai Creatives through a family member and decided to work with them after going through their website and customer feedback. The project, which took place in August 2020, cost approximately $271 USD and involved a project lead and a designer from Chai Creatives.
