CETech

CETech was hired by Tim Hortons Iceplex to upgrade their entire IT infrastructure and transition the team from Microsoft to Google platform. The project involved a complete overhaul of the venue's IT infrastructure, including switches and access points, and a shift to Google Cloud. Enhanced security was also a priority, which CETech addressed through comprehensive training, policy development, and protocol implementation. The project was successfully completed by 2-5 CETech employees, chosen for their pricing, culture fit, company values, and positive past experiences.

Vail Agency, an independent insurance agency, engaged CETech to provide managed IT services and cybersecurity. CETech analyzed the agency's existing system, implemented their software, installed hardware, and upgraded the system to be entirely cloud-based. This allowed the agency to operate from anywhere in the world. The engagement, which started in January 2024, is ongoing, with an extended contract recently signed due to the agency's satisfaction with CETech's work. The project was carried out by a team led by an account manager named Chris.

North Greece Fire District, a government company providing emergency fire and medical services, sought CETech's expertise to support their existing IT staff and enhance their cybersecurity posture. CETech documented the company's system, set up managed firewalls as a service, and provided online cybersecurity training. The project, which began in July 2024, is ongoing. The decision to engage CETech was influenced by their competitive pricing and impressive business approach. The project is being carried out by a team of at least seven CETech members.
