The application, designed for iOS and Android using Java, was intended to guide doctors on what investigations were needed for patients with hematological problems before they reached the hematology department. The hospital's hematologists provided a flow chart which Centricweb incorporated into the app. The project, which lasted from January 2016 to January 2017, cost the hospital £2,000 (US$2,781).
In another project, Centricweb was hired by Walsall Alliance, a GP federation working in primary care within the British NHS, to develop a cross-platform app for clinicians. The app, designed for iOS and Android, was based on COPD guidelines developed by consultants. Centricweb was responsible for designing the wireframes and layouts, making the interface intuitive and user-friendly.
