CentrexIT was contracted by Avista Technologies, a chemical products and services company in the water treatment industry, to provide managed IT services. The company needed assistance with IT strategy and road mapping for system design, as well as 24/7 monitoring and help desk availability. CentrexIT also assisted Avista with the integration of their parent company’s Office 365 suite, a complex task that was completed by the given deadline. The project was well-received, with Avista expressing satisfaction with CentrexIT's detailed project plan and presentation. The engagement, which began in January 2020, has seen Avista invest around $48,000 in recurring services and project costs, with plans for further investment in the future.

In another project, CentrexIT provided IT services for an environmental health and safety consulting firm. The firm was looking to outsource their IT needs, which included replacing their server, setting up employee workstations, upgrading software, and managing day-to-day IT needs. CentrexIT also conducted site servicing and network cabling, and ensured that the firm's systems and workstations were up-to-date with the latest security codes. The firm was highly impressed with CentrexIT's services, having invested $202,000 since the start of their engagement in February 2012.

CentrexIT also worked with an outpatient mental health facility, helping them transition from paper to electronic health records. They updated the facility's computers to meet technical requirements, assisted with system upgrades, and helped the facility find a new phone system. Most recently, CentrexIT successfully migrated the facility's old servers to a cloud-based system. The facility, which spends $40,000-$50,000 per month on CentrexIT's services, has been working with them since October 2012 and continues to do so. The facility praised CentrexIT's experience with other medical facilities, which proved beneficial in maintaining HIPAA privacy.
