Centretek was hired by the Kennedy Krieger Institute to redesign their cluttered and disorganized website. The project involved a discovery phase, design and development, and migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8. Centretek also integrated multimedia content including videos. The project, which lasted from August 2017 to September 2018, involved a team of six, including a sales lead, technical lead, strategists, designers, and project managers. The institute invested between $150,000 and $200,000 in the project. The engagement is ongoing, with a second digital strategy phase currently underway.

Centretek worked with a comprehensive orthopedic practice in Chicago to create a mobile-friendly website from scratch. The project involved the use of Drupal for content management, site design, and creating a sitemap. The new site was designed to differentiate the practice from its affiliate, Rush University Medical Center, while also highlighting their connection. The project, which started in February 2016 and launched in January 2017, cost between $100,000 and $150,000. Centretek remains on retainer as the agency of record for the site.

Guthrie, a not-for-profit, integrated health care system, engaged Centretek for a web strategy guide and website redesign. The project involved transitioning the site from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8, with the primary goals being to strengthen brand perception, support healthcare consumerism, and support new patient growth. Centretek's work involved intake and discovery, development of a web strategy guide, website design, content inventory/mapping, wireframes and design mock-ups, usability testing, and content migration. The project ended with design and code remediation before the website was launched.
