Highlights from Recent Projects
Centretek was hired by a private orthopedics practice in Chicago to redesign their outdated website. The practice was seeking a more mobile-friendly, user-friendly site that could handle a high volume of patient information. Centretek built a new site from scratch using Drupal, which they recommended for its ease of use for in-house content management. The new site incorporated design elements similar to those of Rush University Medical Center, with whom the practice is affiliated, while maintaining a unique and exclusive brand identity. The project, which began in February 2016 and was launched in January 2017, cost between $100,000-$150,000. The practice retains Centretek for ongoing work.
The Kennedy Krieger Institute engaged Centretek for a website redesign. The previous site was disorganized and cluttered, and needed upgrades. Centretek conducted a discovery phase before moving into design and development, collaborating with the institute on wireframes. They migrated the site from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 and integrated multimedia content, including videos. The redesign project, which cost between $150,000-$200,000, lasted from August 2017 to September 2018. The institute continues to work with Centretek on a second digital strategy phase, which will include additional features and upgrades to the site.
Guthrie, a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system in Pennsylvania and New York, hired Centretek to develop a web strategy guide and redesign their website. The project involved transitioning the site from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8, with the primary goals of strengthening brand perception, supporting healthcare consumerism, and supporting new patient growth. Centretek's work included intake and discovery, development of a web strategy guide, website design, content inventory/mapping, wireframes and design mock-ups, usability testing, development, and content migration. The project culminated in another round of UI testing, design and code remediation, and the launch of the new website.
