With two to three people working full time on the project, with an addition of four people for function demos, the project was completed in four months. CentLing Technologies worked with a European-based telecommunications firm's Chinese office. The company required an agile and flexible partner to handle unexpected customer requests. CentLing provided development, testing, and some customer support. They handled the entire project, from development to customer support, which significantly reduced the client's overhead expenses. The client spent more than $50,000 on the R&D partnership with CentLing, excluding work done with other divisions. The client maintains an ongoing relationship with CentLing, expressing satisfaction with their work and the benefits of the partnership.

A joint venture between a Canadian and Chinese company hired CentLing Technologies for Android development. The goal was to develop a core, innovative product, while considering cultural and linguistic differences. CentLing worked on product development and testing, using the Android Framework/app program and testing for SMART devices. With four developers and 20 product testers working full time, the project, involving SMART television technology, ran for nearly two years. The client was satisfied with CentLing's work and the collaboration was considered a large engagement.
