Centerpoint IT provided IT services for Galloway Dermatologic Surgery Center, a medical practice. The company was facing IT issues and needed professional assistance. Centerpoint IT offered on-site managed IT services, working closely with the client to understand their specific needs. The engagement, which began in February 2019, involved three members of Centerpoint IT's team, including an IT Engineer named Casey. The ongoing project has been successful in addressing the client's IT challenges.

In another project, Centerpoint IT was hired by a weight loss and healthy lifestyle organization for cloud consulting and managed IT services. The organization was in need of Microsoft Azure assistance and other IT support after downsizing their team. Centerpoint IT provided off-site managed IT services, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 support, backend network configuration, and server downsizing and cleaning. They also offered computer monitoring using NinjaOne, BitLocker data encryption validation, HIPAA compliance updates, troubleshooting, and tutorials. The team also assisted the client in incorporating a newly acquired company into their profile systems. The project, which began in January 2022, is ongoing and has cost the client close to $100,000.

Centerpoint IT was also engaged by a surgical supplies company for security and system implementations. The company wanted to enhance their infrastructure security and protection, implement and manage Microsoft Exchange, and set up a VOIP telephone system. Centerpoint IT was selected for the project due to a referral. The team of 6-10 employees from Centerpoint IT successfully delivered on the key deliverables which included ongoing computer security and protection, Microsoft Exchange implementation and management, and VOIP telephone system implementation and support.
