CCA Europe.pl was contracted by Crédit Agricole Bank Polska to modernize their IT architecture for credit card payments. The project involved the migration of the module from an external application to the central system, development of an application to support new commission and promotion models for credit cards and a new module for direct debits. CCA Europe.pl delivered a custom software that executed 100% of the legacy card system functionality and provided other services such as credit card account management, commission management, and payment management. The project was successfully completed by a team of 20, including a project manager, analysts, and developers.
ING Group hired CCA Europe.pl to implement integrated solutions based on FIS PROFILE in several countries. The goal was to introduce improvements to payment and customer service processes in several countries to unify their product offer. CCA Europe.pl provided technical support to the ING team in terms of technical expertise of the FIS PROFILE system and its integration with external applications. The projects were carried out remotely from Wrocław by teams of 20 people, supported by 2-3 members from CCA Europe.pl. The teams were responsible for one bank, such as ING Italy or ING France.
