Catch Outsourcing was hired by Rokada, a charitable foundation partnered with the United Nations Refugee Agency, to develop a website. The aim of this project was to create a platform to inform both current and potential clients about the range of services provided by the organization, despite a limited development budget. The website was designed to detail the various types of assistance offered, such as social and psychological support, accompaniment to medical establishments, legal assistance, and humanitarian aid. Furthermore, the platform also served as a medium for accepting requests from clients and sharing information with them. The project team consisted of six developers and a manager. The vendor was selected through a competitive bidding process. The completed website has been instrumental in helping Rokada effectively communicate and engage with its clients.
