Catch Outsourcing

Catch Outsourcing was hired by Rokada, a charitable foundation in partnership with the United Nations Refugee Agency, to develop their website. The representative from Rokada, who coordinated this project, held the position of CTA coordinator and had an array of responsibilities including creating educational programs, providing remote assistance, and maintaining the functionality of workstations. Despite operating on a small budget, Rokada aimed to have a website that would adequately inform their current and potential clients about the services they provide.

The selection of Catch Outsourcing as the vendor for this project was based on the results of a bid. The project entailed the construction of a website that delineated the types of assistance Rokada provides, such as social support, psychological support, legal assistance, and humanitarian aid. Additionally, the website also incorporated a platform for accepting client requests and disseminating information. The team from Catch Outsourcing that worked on this project was composed of six developers and a manager.

The website developed by Catch Outsourcing effectively met the needs of Rokada. It not only provided comprehensive information about the services offered by the charitable foundation but also successfully integrated a platform for communication with clients.
