Cardigan completed a video production project for a Texas-based grocery retail company. The aim was to visually tell the story of the company's design and construction department to attract potential candidates. Cardigan worked closely with the company to map out the video, incorporating elements of the company culture. They also collected footage from various locations and included interviews with company leaders. The project, which started with consultancy conversations, was completed in December 2018. The company was pleased with how quickly Cardigan was able to package the project plan and the cultural understanding they brought to the project, having previously been employees of the company.

In another project, Cardigan conducted market research and developed brand identity for ATX HR Meetup, an HR meetup in Austin, Texas. The goal was to understand the reasons behind membership and identify what differentiates the meetup. Cardigan interviewed members, sponsors, and competitors to gain diverse perspectives. They then presented the feedback and trends, designed brand campaigns, and created various assets including a logo and social media work. The project, which began in March 2019, helped the meetup identify its core values. Cardigan's curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to help stood out to the client.

Cardigan also facilitated a staff retreat for Austin Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Texas. The aim was to align the staff with the organization's mission and vision for the year. Cardigan conducted several activities, including the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment, and facilitated discussions on improving teamwork and communication. They also helped the organization create a 'why statement' for the year. The engagement, which cost less than $10,000, ran from January 2019 to February 2020. The client was impressed with Cardigan's proposal and the services they provide, particularly in internal communication culture and culture mapping.
