Capto

Capto was hired by eFlow Processing, a High Risk Merchant Services Provider, to automate a range of mundane tasks such as data collection, formatting, analysis, and report generation. The company was selected based on their availability, reputation, flexibility, and professionalism. Capto developed seven robots in less than four months that significantly streamlined eFlow's operations. The client was particularly impressed by Capto's ability to quickly understand the intricacies of their business and tailor the robots accordingly. The project was spearheaded by Alexis and Marchela from Capto's team.

Capto also worked with the City Hall of Listrac-Médoc, a public administration entity in France's Médoc wine region. The goal was to improve the work experience, save time, and avoid errors in the process of preparing urbanism certificates. Capto was selected for this project due to their cultural fit, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the City Hall's values. They developed a custom-designed robot, named the Urbanism Robot, that automated the preparation of certificates, significantly reducing administrative workload and error rate. The project involved 2-5 employees from Capto's team.
