Capto

Capto was hired by eFlow Processing, a High Risk Merchant Services Provider, to automate their data gathering tasks. These tasks, which were previously done manually, included collecting data from various sources, formatting it for utilization, analyzing it in Google Sheets, and creating reports and invoices. Capto's availability, reputation, flexibility, and professionalism were key deciding factors in their selection. After an initial call to understand eFlow's needs and challenges, Capto developed the first version of the robot. They impressed eFlow with their quick understanding of the business and its complexities. Based on eFlow's feedback, adjustments were made until a final version of the robot was achieved. In less than four months, Capto built seven robots for eFlow. eFlow was in regular contact with two of Capto's team members, Alexis and Marchela, throughout the project. The project was regarded as successful due to the efficiency and effectiveness of the created solutions.
