Capicua was tasked by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to develop a software for analytics for internal use and client deployment. The software was designed to analyze business problems, provide recommendations and facilitate the implementation of these recommendations. Capicua was responsible for the development of the product, from the initial design to the final implementation. They worked closely with BCG's internal designers and developers, conducting interviews with consultants and end clients. The project involved three phases, including the development of version 1.0 and 1.5 of the product, and a major re-platforming from AWS to Microsoft Azure. The project cost was $2.5 million and ran from October 2019 to September 2021.

In a separate project for Boston Consulting Group, Capicua played a significant role in the development of a cloud-based data and business intelligence platform. They provided frontend, backend, JavaScript, and TypeScript developers, as well as DevOps engineers. The team developed a visual drag-and-drop designer interface for end users to design data flows and visualizations, and built the Snowflake integration. The number of Capicua team members involved varied throughout the project, ranging from 4-12 people. The project ran from April to December 2022.

For an applied AI company, Capicua developed a software product designed to aid organizations in recruiting diverse individuals for C-suite or board-level jobs. The software allows candidates to take simulation tests, providing recruiters with insight into how individuals would react in certain situations. The product was built from scratch using React for the frontend and a mix of Java and Python for the backend. The project began in January 2022 and is ongoing, with a soft launch of the product in June 2022. The cost of the project has exceeded $50,000.
