Capicua

Capicua provided software development and UI/UX design services for the Boston Consulting Group. The team was tasked with feature development for a data and business intelligence platform. They built a prototype and continued its development, providing frontend, backend, JavaScript, and TypeScript developers, as well as DevOps engineers. The team from Capicua was instrumental in building the corresponding backend application server and developing the frontend user interface. The project ran from April to December 2022, and the firm continues to engage Capicua for other work.

In another project, Capicua was hired by the Boston Consulting Group for development staff augmentation. The team was brought in to develop an analytics software for internal use and deployment to clients. The tool allowed users to easily manipulate and modify information, collaborate, and deliver insights. Capicua was involved in the design process, conducting interviews with consultants and end clients. They helped the company move the product from AWS to Microsoft Azure and developed an API and a software development kit (SDK) to expand the product. The project lasted from October 2019 to September 2021.

Capicua also worked with an applied AI company to develop a recruitment solution. The software product was designed to help organizations recruit diverse individuals for C-suite or board-level jobs. It uses simulation tests to assess candidates' skills and reactions in various situations. The product was built from scratch using React for the frontend and a mix of Java and Python for the backend. The project started in January 2022 and is still ongoing, with Capicua providing occasional tweaks to the product.
