Canada Mentors was contracted by an e-learning company to assist with recruitment for critical front- and backend engineering roles. The team at Canada Mentors sourced, screened candidates, and informed them about the hiring process before submitting their profiles to the company's applicant tracking system. The company's senior recruiter then reviewed these profiles and reached out to the candidates. The partnership resulted in five successful hires. The company found Canada Mentors through a Google search and invested between $50,000-$100,000 CAD in their services. The engagement lasted from March to July 2022.

The firm also provided recruitment services for a fintech company, supporting the talent acquisition team with sourcing technical candidates. Selected for their excellent candidate experience, Canada Mentors sourced candidates and handed them over to the internal team to coordinate the multi-step interview process. The fintech company praised Canada Mentors for their consistent involvement throughout the recruitment process and ensuring that candidates felt valued and cared for.

Canada Mentors also worked with Cluep, an artificially intelligent mobile ad platform, where they were tasked with building a pipeline and hiring high-quality software engineers. Having worked with Canada Mentors in the past, Cluep chose them for their thoroughness and ability to locate skilled developers that matched both their requirements and culture. Canada Mentors rigorously vetted remote candidates for their skill set, communication abilities, and cultural fit. Cluep worked directly with the Cofounder and Principal recruiter at Canada Mentors throughout the project.
