The project aimed to implement a unified ERP solution to replace Lifeway's fragmented system. CAL played a pivotal role in selecting the ERP solution, Acumatica, and led the implementation process. This included software customization, development, training, and ongoing support. The project, which started in December 2018, has successfully rolled out Acumatica to five Lifeway branch offices, with the engagement still ongoing. The company also collaborated with a regional automotive retailer to replace their outdated accounting system with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
