CAL Business Solutions worked with Lifeway Mobility, a company that provides accessibility solutions for individuals with limited mobility. The project aimed to implement a unified ERP solution to replace Lifeway's fragmented system. CAL played a pivotal role in selecting the ERP solution, Acumatica, and led the implementation process. This included software customization, development, training, and ongoing support. The project, which started in December 2018, has successfully rolled out Acumatica to five Lifeway branch offices, with the engagement still ongoing. The project cost Lifeway between $75,000 and $100,000.

The company also collaborated with a regional automotive retailer to replace their outdated accounting system with Microsoft Dynamics GP. CAL Business Solutions was instrumental in the system's implementation, which included custom software development and procuring add-ons to GP. The project, which is still underway, is estimated to take two to three years to fully transition to the new system. The total cost of the project so far is less than $100,000.

CAL Business Solutions was also engaged by a medical products firm to upgrade their ERP software from the 2010 version of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to the 2013 R2 version. The company's role included upgrading the database, training end-users and administrators, and guiding the client through the go-live process. They also built custom fields and logic and integrated the system with other applications. The project, which cost around $15,000, was completed recently.
