Caemcore had extended their expertise to the Founder and CEO of Kraj Tattoo with the prime objective of digitizing the entire client experience of the tattoo studio. The ambitious undertaking incorporated the creation of a Telegram Mini App and an administrative panel designed to transform manual bookings and paper records into an automated scheduling system. Simultaneously, the team also launched a marketing landing page to drive new client acquisition.

Key deliverables provided by Caemcore included a Telegram Mini App integrating functionalities like digital tattoo passports, aftercare tracking, and a referral system thereby overhauling the studio's manual booking workflows completely. They also delivered an efficient web admin panel for the team to simplify day-to-day operations such as managing artists, schedules and client history. The entire process was marked by transparency, punctuality, and effective communication, attributing to a seamless digitization process.

The outcomes of Caemcore's project are notable with the Mini App onboarding over 200 clients within 3 months and the landing page acquiring over 500 new clients since its launch. The project engendered exceptional feedback from clients, particularly the automated aftercare reminders and referral system in the Mini App. The holistic digitization undertaken by Caemcore was appreciated profoundly, with an inclination to rehire them for future projects.
