Byteminds partnered with Woven Agency to provide technical development expertise in building multiple large and complex websites. The partnership allowed Woven to focus more on business growth and brand strategy. Byteminds' dedicated team, which included a team leader, two backend developers, a frontend developer, and QA, launched many large sites, ensuring a high level of front-end and back-end code quality. The team also provided application management services, maintaining up to 10 sites on two technology stacks - PHP and .Net. The collaboration was successful, with Byteminds delivering high-quality development work quickly and efficiently.

In collaboration with KIFFIX, Byteminds was tasked with redeveloping the frontend of their existing web-based software. The goal was to make the product less dependent on the Next Cloud platform, introduce GA4 and other analytics into the product, and have a working product on its own codebase. Byteminds was chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The team of 2-5 employees successfully delivered a beautiful new UI, allowing KIFFIX to develop the product on its own codebase.

Byteminds was hired by Freedom QJ League to develop a specialized tool to prepare young athletes for Kazakhstan’s youth and junior national teams through a structured training and progress-tracking system. The team of 6-10 employees developed a SaaS platform from scratch for planning, tracking, and analyzing the training process in youth football teams. The platform included an interactive calendar for scheduling, templates for managing a structured database of training drills, sessions, and microcycles, as well as integration with third-party services and a feedback collection system. The project was a success, with Byteminds delivering a fully functional web-based SaaS platform with a responsive frontend and scalable backend architecture.
