Builder.ai was hired by Touch MediCar Services Pvt Ltd, a medical service company, to develop a mobile app that connects patients with doctors via video call. The goal was to create a user-friendly app that would allow customers to receive medical assistance at home. The vendor was chosen after considering numerous proposals and feedback from previous clients. The project was executed by a team led by a project manager, with front-end and back-end developers, testers, and designers assigned as needed. The development process included regular testing and iteration, with APKs shared for client-side testing.

For a non-profit organization aimed at reducing pedestrian accidents, Builder.ai developed an Android app that enables users to map locations in Portugal and Brazil, adding additional information and photos. The app allows public services to review and improve these locations and exchange information with citizens. The project was managed in an agile manner, with main requirements defined in the first sprint and subsequent sprints delivering usable features. The team, managed by Rupneet, was flexible enough to change deployment options from Amazon to Google Cloud.

Builder.ai was engaged by Instant Retail India Limited to develop an operations Android app and backend for their vending machine business. The goal of the project was to streamline the operations of vending machine operators, supervisors, and operations managers, and to improve inventory management and product refilling scheduling. The vendor was selected based on a recommendation, competitive pricing, and an impressive project support roadmap. The project started with a requirement discovery workshop and continued in the form of 2-week sprints, with functional versions ready for user testing and feedback every two weeks. The team consisted of a project manager, developers, designers, and architects, with about six people working on the project.
