The project, which spanned from January 2023 to April 2024, cost approximately $134,000 USD. The media company reported satisfaction with the functional, quick, and comprehensive app that now supports their work.

In a project with the Catholic Benefits Association, Buildable Custom Software developed a custom review automation tool. The tool, which automates a previously established process, reviews and scores health plans based on legal protections, moral conflict, and potential for Catholic identity improvement. Buildable's team designed the tool to review a 170-page document within minutes and provide a roadmap of recommendations for improvement. The project, which started in March 2025 and is ongoing, has cost the association about $160,000. Currently, the team is in the testing phase to ensure the AI produces the desired results.

Buildable Custom Software was hired by NLC Mutual Insurance Company to develop a claims and underwriting reinsurance system. The new system replaced a decades-old legacy system and involved reengineering all related workflows and processes. The team at Buildable, which ranged from 2-5 members, supported the organization through this technological transformation. The project started in January 2021 and the new system was launched in July 2023, on time and on budget. Due to the project's success, the engagement continues with subsequent enhancements and new features.
