Build Test Repeat (BTR) was hired by CCPA Toll Free, a company that provides a scalable platform for privacy law compliance automation. The project involved developing a project plan for a highly available and scalable application, implementing a functional MVP with customer self-signup and payment, creating successive revisions to add customer value, and implementing SOC 2 compatible security practices. BTR was chosen for their cost-effective pricing, quality, and company values. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, successfully took the CCPA application from concept to cash generation. The application was lauded for its speed, reliability, and ease of extension. BTR's responsiveness to requests for expanded features was appreciated, as was the system's ability for end customers to fully self-provision and pay for the service. The software's functionality during live product demos and its ability to offer enterprise clients features like API access and SSO significantly contributed to sales. Additionally, BTR built a sophisticated internal dashboard for CCPA's management to provide insights into customer activity and options for solving common customer requests.
