Buffalo was hired by Redeem, a travel technology company, for a rebranding and web design project. The company's VP of Product had previously worked with Buffalo and was confident in their capabilities. Buffalo took on a comprehensive role, working on various products including the backend reporting portal used by Redeem's customers. They also designed the company's website, created wireframes, and handed over InDesign files to Redeem's in-house development team. Buffalo also designed a full brand package, including a logo, videos, and print assets. The client praised Buffalo for their ability to visually explain complex technical concepts and for their contribution to the copy on the website. The engagement, which began in 2012, is ongoing.

Buffalo was contracted by Open Air Theatre, a London-based charity, to develop a new website and provide ongoing support. The theater had a poorly designed website and needed to increase online traffic and ticket sales. Buffalo created a proposal and wireframes for a new site, explaining development, best practices, and SEO clearly. They also integrated the theater's booking process into the website. The original investment was about $25,700, with additional annual updates costing between $6,400 and $10,300. The partnership, which began in September 2010, continues with Buffalo providing maintenance and ongoing development.

Buffalo was engaged by JRNI, an enterprise SaaS provider, to update their branding strategies and rebuild their outdated website. Buffalo completely overhauled JRNI's logo, color palette, text styles, illustrations, and overall brand look and feel. They also rebuilt the company's website, ensuring the interactive designs, illustrations, and animations were accessible from both mobile and desktop devices. The website was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, and connected to a Craft CMS. The platform was integrated with Google Analytics, Marketo, and a conversational tool called Drift. The project, which started in October 2018, is ongoing, with plans to launch the website in the coming weeks.
