On Budget and Time

On Budget and Time (OB&T) was contracted by an international wealth management service startup to develop a goal-based wealth management platform. The platform was designed to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of wealth and asset management in the EU. OB&T's team, which included a project manager, business analyst, front-end and back-end developers, system administrator, and QA engineers, developed a web-based platform using Java, HTML5, Ractive.js, Backbone.js, and jOOQ. The platform was thoroughly tested and then launched under the supervision of OB&T's team. The client was impressed with OB&T's deep understanding of their needs and their active involvement in the project.

In another project, OB&T was hired by AppyGuide, a company that provides on-demand audio guides for travellers, to fix and improve their mobile application. The app was initially built by a different development team, but it had many bugs and was practically unusable. Gregory, the founder of OB&T, rebuilt parts of the application, improved the backend, and enhanced the quality of the code. As a result, the app became functional and substantially better, although some issues remained due to it not being originally developed by OB&T. The client appreciated Gregory's transparency, knowledge, and the improvements he made to the app. The work is still ongoing, with new features being added.
