Buch Construction was contracted by Clutch.co, a B2B ratings and reviews company, to transform their new 23,000-square-foot office space. The construction firm executed the designs provided by a third-party architecture firm, handling electrical updates, millwork, flooring and carpeting. The project was completed in two phases; the first phase involved key updates like new floors, paint, and carpet, enabling the Clutch.co team to move in and operate. The second phase, set to commence in May 2022, will entail more intensive demolition and construction work. Buch Construction was selected for this project due to a referral and their competitive pricing. The total cost of the project post-phase two is estimated to range between $100,000 and $500,000. As of now, phase one has been completed successfully, spanning from January 2022 to early February 2022. The project is expected to conclude in the summer of 2022.
