The project involved updating the space according to architectural designs and ensuring all installations were up to code. The scope of work included electrical updates, millwork, flooring, and new carpeting. The first phase of the project, which focused on essential updates such as carpet, paint, and new floors, was completed between January and February 2022, enabling the Clutch.co team to move in and function in the space. The second phase, which involves more extensive demolition and construction work, will commence in May 2022 when the necessary materials arrive. The project, which cost between $100,000 and $500,000, was supervised by a site supervisor who coordinated with 5-10 Buch Construction workers daily. The project was executed smoothly and according to schedule, reflecting the efficiency and professionalism of Buch Construction.
