B&T Lab was engaged by Vodafone Czech Republic to develop a solution to demonstrate the speed and latency of the 5G network at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The team at B&T Lab reprogrammed 1/10 scale RC cars to operate on Vodafone's 5G mobile network and developed a native app with a user-friendly interface to control the cars. The team also provided consultation on the design of the racing track and were present on-site during the event to handle the technical aspects. The end result was a fun and engaging experience for the audience and a successful showcase of Vodafone's technological leadership.
In a separate project for an advertising and marketing company, B&T Lab was tasked with the design and development of a mobile app for electronics students. The app, aimed at measuring the students' knowledge through regular quizzes, was developed over eight sprints, with usability testing conducted on the target audience. The team at B&T Lab also developed an admin panel, created user flows, and provided UX and UI design. Feedback from the usability test was used to update the app to better meet user needs. The project was a success, delivering a functional and user-friendly app, an effective admin panel, and valuable usability test results and recommendations.
